P&L Analytics & Performance Tracking
Understand your Stratium trading performance — realized vs unrealized P&L, ROI, win rate, drawdown metrics, and how to read your analytics dashboard.
Overview
Stratium tracks every trade's performance in real-time, giving you complete visibility into how your copy trading strategies are performing. Access your analytics through the P&L Analytics button in the Telegram bot menu.
Key Metrics
Realized P&L
Profit or loss from completed round-trip trades (buy + sell). This is your locked-in performance — once a token is sold, the realized P&L is final.
Example:
- Bought 1000 BONK for 0.5 SOL
- Sold 1000 BONK for 0.8 SOL
- Realized P&L: +0.3 SOL (+60%)
Unrealized P&L
Profit or loss on open positions that haven't been sold yet. This fluctuates with market prices and only becomes "realized" when you sell.
Example:
- Holding 500 WIF, purchased at 0.2 SOL
- Current market value: 0.35 SOL
- Unrealized P&L: +0.15 SOL (+75%)
Total ROI (Return on Investment)
Your overall return calculated as:
ROI = (Current Portfolio Value - Total Deposits + Total Withdrawals) / Total Deposits × 100
This gives you a single number representing your total performance since starting with Stratium.
Win Rate
The percentage of trades that resulted in a profit:
Win Rate = Profitable Trades / Total Completed Trades × 100
A win rate above 50% combined with favorable risk/reward ratios indicates strong strategy performance.
Max Drawdown
The largest peak-to-trough decline in your portfolio value. Lower drawdown indicates more consistent performance and better risk management.
Reading Your Portfolio
When you tap Portfolio in the bot menu, you'll see:
- SOL Balance — Your available SOL for new trades
- Token Positions — Each token you're currently holding, with:
- Token name and symbol
- Quantity held
- Current value in SOL
- Unrealized P&L (absolute and percentage)
- Total Value — Sum of SOL balance + all token positions
Tips for Using Analytics
- Don't panic on daily swings — Focus on weekly and monthly trends rather than individual trade outcomes
- Compare win rate to profit factor — A 40% win rate can still be profitable if winners are significantly larger than losers
- Monitor drawdown — If max drawdown exceeds your comfort level, consider adjusting scaling factors or switching to a more conservative strategy
- Review per-strategy performance — If one strategy consistently underperforms, you may want to reallocate
