Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about Stratium — Solana copy trading, security, fees, deposits, withdrawals, performance, and troubleshooting.
General
What is Stratium?
Stratium is an automated Solana copy trading bot that runs via Telegram. It monitors profitable Solana wallets and replicates their trades into your personal wallet with sub-second execution speed. Stratium is fully non-custodial — your private keys and funds stay under your control at all times.
How is Stratium different from other trading bots?
Stratium stands out in several ways:
- Non-custodial — You keep control of your wallet and private keys
- Copy trading focus — We specialize in replicating proven traders, not generic signals
- Sub-second execution — Jupiter API + Jito bundles for optimal speed
- Curated strategies — Target wallets are selected based on verified on-chain performance
- Telegram-native — No app downloads, no complex dashboards
Do I need trading experience?
No. Stratium is designed for everyone from beginners to experienced traders. You don't need to analyze charts, time entries, or manage positions manually. The bot handles everything automatically.
Which blockchains does Stratium support?
Stratium is exclusively built for Solana. We chose Solana for its sub-second finality, extremely low transaction fees, and transparent on-chain activity that makes copy trading possible.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Open Telegram, search for @stratiumsol_bot, and press Start. That's it — no email, no KYC, no credit card. Your wallet is created automatically.
How long does setup take?
About 30 seconds. Press Start in the bot, and it creates your wallet and assigns you to strategies immediately.
What's the minimum deposit?
0.1 SOL. This covers initial trades and transaction fees.
How do I deposit SOL?
Tap Deposit in the bot menu, copy your wallet address, and send SOL from any Solana wallet. Deposits are detected automatically in real-time.
Trading
How quickly are trades executed?
Trades execute in under 1 second from the time the target wallet's transaction is detected on-chain. This includes detection, analysis, routing, and on-chain confirmation.
Can I choose which wallets to copy?
Your assigned target wallets are curated by Stratium's team based on proven on-chain performance. Strategies are assigned to match your profile and balance.
What happens if a target wallet makes a bad trade?
The copy trade executes regardless — the bot copies both winning and losing trades. This is why we carefully vet target wallets and provide scaling controls. Over time, well-selected targets produce positive net returns despite individual losing trades.
Can I pause trading?
Yes. Go to Settings in the bot menu and toggle trading on/off. While paused, no new trades will execute, but your existing positions remain.
What if I don't have enough SOL for a trade?
The trade is skipped. The copy trading engine always checks your balance before executing. If you don't have enough SOL (after accounting for the minimum reserve), the trade is logged but not executed.
Security
Is Stratium safe to use?
Yes. Stratium uses a non-custodial model — your private key is encrypted with AES-256 and we architecturally cannot withdraw your funds. Every trade is a transparent on-chain transaction you can verify. Read our full Security documentation for details.
Can Stratium steal my funds?
No. The platform is designed so that Stratium can only execute trades (buy/sell tokens) in your wallet. Withdrawals can only be initiated by you through the Telegram bot, and funds are sent to an address you specify.
What happens if Stratium shuts down?
Your wallet is a standard Solana wallet on the blockchain. Your funds and tokens remain in your wallet regardless of Stratium's status. You can import your wallet into Phantom, Solflare, or any Solana wallet app.
Should I enable 2FA on Telegram?
Absolutely. Your Telegram account is linked to your Stratium wallet. Enabling two-factor authentication on Telegram adds an important extra layer of protection.
Money & Fees
What are the fees?
- Commission: 0.1% fee on each trade executed
- No subscription — Stratium is free to use, you only pay when trades execute
- Network fees: Standard Solana transaction fees (~$0.001 per trade)
- Withdrawal fees: None from Stratium (only standard network fee)
How do I withdraw?
Tap Withdraw in the bot menu, then tap Withdraw again to confirm. Enter your destination address and confirm. If you hold tokens, they'll be sold to SOL first. Withdrawals typically complete in 10-30 seconds.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-up periods, no withdrawal limits, and no waiting periods. Your funds are always accessible.
How is P&L calculated?
- Realized P&L counts completed trades (bought and sold)
- Unrealized P&L reflects current value of open positions
- Total ROI is calculated as:
(Current Value - Deposits + Withdrawals) / Deposits × 100
See our P&L Analytics guide for more details.
Performance
What's the expected win rate?
Win rates vary by strategy type:
- Conservative: 65-75%
- Medium: 55-65%
- Aggressive: 45-55% (higher profit per win)
- High-Frequency: 50-60%
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Copy trading involves market risk. While Stratium selects target wallets with proven track records, markets are unpredictable. Risk management features (scaling factors, position caps) help limit downside but cannot eliminate risk entirely.
How do I check my performance?
Tap P&L Analytics in the bot menu to view your realized and unrealized profit/loss, win rate, and ROI.
Troubleshooting
The bot isn't responding
- Check that you're messaging @stratiumsol_bot (not an impersonator)
- Try pressing Start again
- Check Telegram's server status
- Wait a few minutes and try again — there may be brief maintenance
My deposit isn't showing up
Deposits are typically detected within seconds. If yours isn't showing:
- Verify you sent SOL to the correct wallet address
- Check the transaction on Solscan to confirm it was successful
- Wait 1-2 minutes — network congestion may cause slight delays
- Contact support if the issue persists
A trade didn't execute
Trades may be skipped if:
- Your SOL balance is too low
- The position cap would be exceeded
- The token has insufficient liquidity
- The slippage exceeds the protection threshold
Check your Trade History for details on skipped trades.
